One-on-one Fitness Training
-Meet with Paige in a private one-on-one setting to get the extra help that you need to reach your health goals. Paige will design your workout according to those personal goals you chose for yourself. She will help you learn each and every exercise correctly and guide you through your one hour or 30 minute long workout.
Small Group Fitness Training
-Workout with a friend or two and add a little more fun to your workout!
